A great way for job seekers and employers to try each other out before committing. Jobseekers can work for several months getting to know the company, coworkers, and position before committing long term. Employers can test out candidates and see if they’re going to be a good fit for the company.
Long-Term Assignments
Long-term assignments are true win win for both our job seekers and employers. Job seekers get to start a career in a position they want and enjoy all the benefits of healthcare, paid vacation, and more that we offer to our long-term job seekers. Employers are able to fill their position with a qualified and motivated employer and not have to deal with the HR aspects of a full time employee.
